Most of problem that Netflix app in apple TV generation 4 or later, it seems the only error you have, but all other apps working well.
I have faced same, and I couldn't help it. But finally helped from Korean IT gigs.
If you have trouble when you launch Netflix app just after install, and trouble is "infinite rolling of load or freeze loading", see follow and try.
1. Launch Netflix app. it will show same.
2. Double click at remote touch pad.
= will request "E-mail"
3. Choose whatever e-mail listed. and it will show "loading circle"
4. Ignore loading, and push "menu" button to escape to Home.
5. Launch Netflix app again, it may show freezing.
6. Double click at remote touch pad.
= will request "password"
7. put any characters but right password. Right password should be avoided.
8. And it shows loading or freezing. Ignore it and push "menu" button to Home screen.
9. Launch Netflix app again, it may show a pop-up of "log-in failure" - push OK button on screen.
10. There you almost set. - Log-in screen appears,
Put your Log-in account + password of Netflix.
It may be occured due to log-in system of Apple TV app of Netflix.
